Mothers day is literally around the corner, even though I swear it seemed like it was miles away just a few days ago. I have decided this year to ditch standard cards and create memory keepsakes instead. I created this album after being inspired by the Crate Paper blog. Its an accordion style card with one large pocket, I created the pocket by folding part of the card up and stitching down the sides.
I created a little walk though video of my album as I personally always find these better when looking for inspiration. PS don’t forget to subscribe on youtube!
I then filled the four sections with tags and photos from over the years with my Gran, keeping with a blue, pink and lilac theme
I loved being able to add embellishments, but just make sure they won’t get damaged put into the pockets
I added the smallest heart shaped photo of me and my Gran on the front as I didn’t want to over power the cover with photos but I think this tiny heart has a big impact.
