Disney Project Life

This year my new years resolution was to do more of what makes me happy, and that heavily involves Project Life. For a few years my stash of supplies had been building in bags, so this year I bought some drawers and organised everything.

I am so glad that I did! I am loving my journey with my project life and it really does make me happy. To make it manageable, every month I have been using the Free Prints app to print the monthly 45 free allowance of photographs. This way I am not overwhelmed with images, and I can also print based on a theme, event or trip. So once my photos arrive a few days later I already know what I am working on. My first step back into project life was to do my Disney Land Paris trip. I decided to work with the 6×8 layout as I find that a lot quicker to do then the 12×12 albums (which I often get bored with). I have been using mainly two kits- Becky Higgins Charming and Snap Stories Say Cheese. I love the mix of using the pastel set against the bold black and red kit. I never thought mixing two different kits would work, but it really does!

At the start of January I didn’t think I would be posting PL on my blog, but now I am fully submerged in washi tape and stickers, (I’ve even set up a dedicate instagram) I am happy with the direction everything is going. I have been posting on a few facebook Project Life groups and the feedback has been so encouraging. I plan on posting more project life and they will be a lot more in depth then this one (I kinda didnt keep track of what I was using as I never thought anyone would see it!), but for now here’s a little look at how my Disney one is going
